EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

WHEN WE PROVIDE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ?


Please note that we are not accepting any returns/refunds. We only give a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery.
We do not accept any return/ refund after the product is delivered.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.
Customer have to courier us of return order ( Incase of damage then only ) once we received courier then we will assist you if you want exchange or refund.
If Customer want refund only then we will cut charges of 40% ( Our Platform Handling charge, Payment gateway charge, Website Handling Charge ) and 60% amount will be REFUND.
Courier charges will pay by voucher flat 100 Rs.
If order had been cancelled by us then only Refund will be procedure within 7 days by same payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

WHEN WE CANCEL ORDER ?


Fashion Fram allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order ( If Status changed as shipped within 24 hours then also we cannot cancel order as order moved from our warehouse ).
Order once moved to shipped can not be canceled.
In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can raise request on fashionfram@gmail.com

EXCHANGE POLICY

WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE ?


Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
Fashion Fram gives no question asked 3 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange with any product available on the website with a high or low amount.
In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD not available for the exchange request.
Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer’s Fashion Fram account as a store credit.
For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 3 days of delivery at fashionfram@gmail.com Sasta Bazzar will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.
In case of an exchange, customers have to mail fashionfram@gmail.com
We will ask you to send the real image of the received product for checking the product.


COLOR AND DESCRIPTION DISCREPANCY


The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Sasta Bazzar in believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.


EMBELLISHMENT RELATED ISSUES


Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
